1743 West Nursery Road Baltimore, MD 21240 Housekeeping-Special Projects (Housekeeping) - Full-Time JOB ID. NO. 517087: 3 FT, AM/PM (rotating shifts) Service oriented, detail-oriented, team player who is dependable and flexible. Goal-driven, excellent delegation and relationship-building skills. Will be responsible for cleaning carpets and floors in lobby, lounge/bar, restaurant, and banquet areas as well as cleaning public restrooms and cleaning/dusting lobby areas. Previous custodial/housekeeping experience required. Requires experience with carpet cleaning and related machines (extractor, carpet cleaners) and experience in floor care (stripping/waxing). Ability to multi-task and to work independently with little supervision. . Good verbal communication skills; second language a plus. Ability to maintain and improve overall quality standards. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, rotating days and shifts including weekends and holidays. Primary shift will be 5am-1:30pm, but must be flexible to work 3pm-11:30pm and 11pm-7:30am shifts as needed for quarterly and monthly special service/project duties. $8.75 per hour with shift differentials and with a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, food and room discounts, tuition reimbursement, and more.). |
