| Job Title: IT Supervisor
Location: Boulder Area Type: Full Time Compensation: DOE + Benefits This position is with an excellent company that is well established and profitable. Responsibilities & Requirements: - Hands on management experience supervising the activities of a technical support staff - Ability to grow and foster a positive work environment for team of technicians - Ability to prepare reports, work trends and problems. - Ability to provide thought leadership and advises support staff concerning administrative procedures, technical problems and priorities. - Ability to monitor job performance and the completion of assigned tasks by team. - Experience in supporting UNIX/Linux and Mac systems - Ability to manage team of people working under stressful situations from time to time. - Must be detail oriented and have a strong work ethic.
