| Sales Operations Analyst (Northern MA) High-profile technology firm seeking an experienced business analyst with CRM experience to participate in the planning, process design, requirements gathering, functional design, technical design/build, testing, training, rollout and adoption of sales related system(s) for the sales organization. Excellent opportunity to work for a stable hi-tech company that is a leader in its field. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Business requirement gathering sessions. Develop Functional specifications. Develop content for reference materials Participates in strategic planning sessions for implementations Communication effectively with cross functional teams. Participates in new business process change to the sales organization. Analyze business processes for operational efficiency. Contributes to detailed work plans and schedules for the project team. Lead/Participate in user acceptance testing of any maintenance releases. Delivery of status reports to respective management team. EQualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Systems or technical discipline. 3+ years of business analyst experience in a project environment. Experience with CRM and/or SAP CRM a plus. Project management experience using an SDLC approach is desirable. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. | |
