Great opportunity for a seasoned professional, who eats, sleeps and breathes Lean. The company is an established company with an excellent reputation for quality and integrity. The business is growing and they are adding a Lean Manufacturing Manager to make sure they are the most current in new systems and methodologies they can be. In this high visibility position you will continue to spread a Lean Philosophy and Culture throughout the company. You will drive improvements in alignment with company goals to drive increased efficiencies and to reduce costs. You will need a BSME or a BSIE and 10+ years of manufacturing and business experience. An MBA would be a plus. You will be leading teams, managing projects and facilitating Kaizen events, as well as implementing Value Stream Mapping and Cell Manufacturing Improvements.
