Established territory in need of Sales Representative. One that builds Frostline's top-line sales by meeting and exceeding sales quotas and increasing Frostline's brand awareness and market penetration. Develops and coordinates sales activity to owner within a defined territory. Responsible for all facets of account management and relationship management. Key customers include education, commercial, churches, social events, and some home theater. Principal Accountability's # Builds Sales # Meets or exceeds sales and product objectives in territory by effectively utilizing all resources available # Collaborates with Owner in development of sales plan # Interacts with all appropriate internal and external customers to insure successful implementation of sales, installation and marketing strategies with the customer # Identifies and understands the customer's needs and provides solutions using our manufacturer list of products, programs, and services # Creates marketing programs consistent with Frostline's vision. Strategies that result in achievement of sales quotas and objectives within established territory # Demonstrates products to existing and potential customers # Keeps abreast of product lines and industry trends # Resolves customer issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to owner as appropriate Effective Sales Administration # Adheres to all administrative policies and procedures # Operates within budgetary constraints Relationship Management # Maintains professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations |
