Position requires someone with Exceptional Leadership skills, with past experience in managing a staff of 30+ technicians. This person will be responsible for developing methods to use techs effectively at this large practice with multiple locations, training, disciplining, overseeing work flow, and more. Previous ophthalmology experience will be very helpful.
