| Accounts Receivable / Billing
The basic functions will be researching unpaid invoices and finding out what the problem is keeping them from getting paid. Then take the steps needed to correct the issue. This will require contacting the customer for proper paperwork, pulling invoices, making copies of the bill of ladings and resending them for payment. You will also be responsible for billing and may have to travel to Toronto for training at some point. This position requires that you have a minimum of two years of experience as well as problem solving and analytical skills. 8:00am-4:30pm, M-F, $10.00-$12.00 per hour. |
