| Assistant Directors are an essential component to the management team who work directly under the Executive Director and are responsible for the management of 2 busy classrooms, recruiting, hiring, scheduling staff, purchasing needed materials and supplies, organizing and over-seeing activities and programs, ensuring all licensing regulations are complied with daily as well as working with children in classroom ratios.
