Cook (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Full-Time Maintains a high degree of cleanliness throughout cooking area. Prepares all major food items, including all soups, roasts, sauces, and vegetables. Maintains control charts of all food items produced. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes. Fast paced, organized individual with strong communication skills. Excellent knowledge of food sanitation and safety. Broiler experience preferred. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Cook-Lead (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Full-Time Maintains a high degree of cleanliness throughout cooking area. Prepares all major food items, including all soups, roasts, sauces, and vegetables. Maintains control charts of all food items produced. Responsible for opening and closing checklists and production of daily menu items. Trains new employees. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Culinary school preferred. Station Attendant (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Full-Time Responsible for the production of all commissary food items, maintains clean and orderly work area, dates, rotates and inventories all food items. Station Attendant (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Part-Time Responsible for the production of all commissary food items, maintains clean and orderly work area, dates, rotates and inventories all food items. Steward (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Full-Time To clean, transport and store all china, glassware and silverware. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas and back dock. Beverage Clerk Storekeeper (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Full-Time Responsible for ordering, stocking and distributing food and beverage controllables. Maintains the sanitation standards of the food storeroom and walk-ins. Receives and verifies deliveries, stores perishables properly, rotates stock and ensures that all food is maintained to company standards. Supervisor-Kitchen (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Full-Time Individual will hold primary responsibility for successfully supervising the work execution, menu development, cost control and employee relations for the kitchen. This individual is expected to be a team player who demonstrates a high degree of competency in their culinary expertise, leadership ability, customer focus and support and maintenance of all corporate and county food safety standards. Written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Culinary school preferred. Candidates must have outgoing hospitality skills and a strong desire to provide a professional and congenial work environment for all employees.
