| Essential Functions:
-Prepare financial tables for press releases and SEC filings -Coordinate and prepare the primary statements, footnotes, charts, and tables for the Annual Report -Coordinate with external auditing firm to provide quarterly and year-end client assistance as requested -Complete any restated Form 10-K's and other forms as necessary -Manage SOX documentation procedures and testing processes to ensure compliance, and recommends corrective action as necessary. -Implement new procedures as required or identified -Prepare Form 8-K's as needed and other required or requested SEC filings, and coordinates activities to obtain proper consents and representation letters for filings as needed. -Act as back up to Controller and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary. |
