| Immediate need for talented IT professional in Loganville. Seeking dynamic & independent Help Desk Technician/PHP Programmer for our fast paced office environment. Education • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the following areas: Operating systems and desktop applications- 1. Installation and administration of Windows XP in multiuser networked environment 2. Resolutions involving Linux machines as file, mail, web, backup and database servers 3. Installation, configuration and maintenance of software on desktops/laptops 4. Installation and troubleshooting of the Microsoft Office product suite 5. Programming new functions into custom PHP applications with MySQL databases on Linux servers 6. Familiar with VoIP PBX hardware and endpoint setup 7. Analysis and resolution of problems associated with hardware on desktops and laptops 8. Experience solving printer problems The ideal person would have the following: • Good verbal and written communication skills • Have a service oriented attitude • Ability to assist users locally and remotely • Attention to Detail/Team Player & ability to work without supervision Please respond with resume and salary expectations.
