| Title: SALES Solutions or Project Sales
Location: CO Compensation: $70 Base + Commission + Benefits Position: Multimillion dollar company with headquarters in CA. Company has been servicing fortune 500 companies for the past 27 years. Due to extreme growth in the Western Region they are looking for an experienced Solutions or Projects sales professional. This person will be the first person selling out of the west so they will have the entire region to sell into and will ultimately end up running the western region of the country if they do a good job. Close direct sales meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Thorough knowledge of companyââ,¬TMs products, services, policies, procedures, and business plans - Communicate activities, opportunities with sales Director in US to strategize and maximize account sales growth. - Mine for customer intelligence and proactively utilize the data to drive sales. - Actively make calls to existing and potential customers concerning new products, services, demand creation events and follow up to close existing quotes. - Utilize a structured, repeatable process to evaluate the entire opportunities and anticipates the strategies each of the competitors will use in a sales campaign. - Understand customers compelling event and critical success factors and create a sales campaign appropriate to this knowledge. - Deliver customer written (letters and e-mails) and oral (telephone, voice mail, and in person presentations) communications in a clear, and professional manner. - Gain access and establish credibility with appropriate executives in the customerââ,¬TMs organization at the appropriate point in the sales campaign. - Act as liaison to other company resources to support growth of accounts. - Travel occasionally when a face to face meeting is necessary to further business. Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent 3+ years inside or outside sales experience in Solutions or Project type services. Ability to identify customer needs and deliver exceptional service Proficient use of MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Abreast of software industry and the competitive posture of the company High energy, aggressive and results oriented. |
