| Title: Inside Network Technology Sales

Job Description: Following general supervision, provides inside sales support for Sales force through phone-based lead generation and customer support. Responsibilities: - Develop qualified leads for the sales force through outbound and inbound telephone contact with limited assistance from team members. - Communicate new product information, merchandizing, training, policies, and promotion programs as need to the distribution channel. - Assist in providing the customer and distributors with application, pre-sale technical and competitive information on designated company products. - Work with field sales team to promote new sales and marketing programs. - Point of contact for distributors and reps for commercial information. - Distribute sales leads and communicate with field sales. - Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales on product acceptance, lost sales, and lead quality. - Ability to work with assigned sales team to sell networks products to customers and interact with them to resolve technical problems. - Ability to work with field sales team to motivate, promote and sell products to customers. Good working knowledge of products, industry, and customers. - Perform other related duties as assigned. - Inside office environment. Qualifications: - Demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment - Previous experience selling computer networking products or related network products - BS degree in communications, marketing, or technical field, and 2-4 years related outbound sales experience with technical products, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 24: BS degree in communications, marketing, or technical field and 5-8 years experience in similar role. Job Requirements: - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems - Ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels both internally and externally - Ability to communicate technical information to facilitate sales opportunities with customers - Negotiation skills and the ability to drive a win-win situation with customers - Complex problem solving skills - Define customer problems and determine solutions in order to drive revenue for the company - Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision - Demonstrated knowledge of networks and how they operate - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Windows XP, 2000 Working Conditions: Office environment.
