Sell solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Selling to these customers will require some level of technical knowledge and experience in software engineering in storage, security, application networks as well as understanding the financial impacts to the customers. - Solid understanding of overall IT managed services industry and overall industry experience - Communicate effectively on the technical and financial considerations when outsourcing components of IT. - Strong financial aptitude. - Excellent customer relationship management |
