| Perform as a senior level executive officer for a publicly traded company, integrating work with employees, accountants, attorneys, and investors.
Responsibilities The job holder will be responsible for: (a) Analyzing and directing corporate finances. (b) Analyzing, consolidating and producing monthly financials and reports. (c) Managing and directing general accounting staff. (d) Creating and maintaining financial records and controls. (e) Filing SEC requirements, including 10K, 10Q, 8K, etc. in a timely manner. (f) Implementing SOX 404 compliance. (g) Filing year end income taxes. (h) Budgeting, financial planning and forecasting. (i) Managing investor relations. (j) Performing audits. (k) Focusing on growth and acquisitions. (l) Presentations. (m) Due diligence. (n) Raising capital. Key Skills: (a) Public accounting experience. (b) Excellent communication skills. (c) Excellent management and accounting skills. (d) Excellent SEC, SOX and GAAP accounting skills. (e) Experience working for 200mââ,¬"500m publicly traded company. |
