| FOCUS missionaries evangelize in teams of four or more for Jesus Christ and his Catholic Church on college campuses around the country. They engage in outreach on campus, lead small groups, mentor student leaders one-on-one, cultivate donors, lead a Sacramental life, pray, lead meetings, lead projects, plan events, create new ways and methods to evangelize, develop professionally, dive back into college life and are ready for a variety of activities.
Job functions include: Mentor one-on-one, lead small groups, live in community, lead missionary teams, engage in a Sacramental life, pray, execute administartive tasks, work well in teams, commit to a life of excellence and leadership. Specific skills: Entrepreneurial mindset. Strong organizations skills. Ability to be outgoing. Excellent interpersonal communication in both verbal and written form. Practical leadership experience.
