| General Summary: Under supervision of Clinical Supervisor, serves as member of treatment team by providing treatment support services to clients. Completes intake screenings and admission forms. Monitors and observes clients, ensures their safety and well-being, and provides motivational and educational support and guidance to assist them in meeting therapeutic goals. Reports client observations and contributes to treatment decisions concerning therapy, discipline, privileges and so forth. Supports treatment plans by scheduling and coordinating client transportation, assisting in planning client interaction events, and so forth. Duties vary by Center assigned.
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma/GED. At least six (6) months training, or equivalent knowledge of substance abuse treatment theory and practice. Previous work experience with program specific population (i.e. youth, corrections, etc.) preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.
