The Customer Assistance Manager will ensure that all Units for which they are responsible are providing the organization?s Customer base with professional, courteous and efficient Customer satisfaction. The Manager will ensure that all Supervisors are effectively supervising the daily operations of the Customer Assistance Department, and provide Management with updates regarding the department?s overall performance and productivity. Also, the Manager will enforce the department?s as well as the organization?s policies and procedures, and ensure that each Associate is servicing the organization?s Customer base in a positive, prompt and professional manner.
