| Applied Card Systems, a leading provider of credit card processing services, is committed to helping our customers achieve their financial goals. We are currently seeking a Customer Assistance Supervisor to drive continued success in our Glen Mills, PA call center.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Associates in the daily operation of the Customer Assistance Department of our call center. Supervisory functions will include managing the development and performance of Customer Assistance Specialists, providing coaching and up-training as needed, reviewing and delivering feedback on productivity and quality, handling associate issues, enforcing ACS policies and procedures, and effectively communicating with staff and management. Additional duties include implementing collection strategies, identifying and resolving customer issues, conducting account audits, and ensuring quality customer service.
