Applied Card Systems, a leading financial servicing company, seeks a results-oriented Collections and Customer Service Representatives. This highly visible position is located at our Glen Mills Pa Corporate Headquarters.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating the retrieval of outstanding payments by contacting customers that have delinquent or over limit accounts. The Customer Assistance Specialist will address customers in a professional and courteous manner and communicate the importance of maintaining a current credit card account. Duties include recommending various payment methods, updating customer information, and resolving queries in a timely and appropriate fashion. Customer Assistance Specialists may also have the opportunity to handle inbound customer calls, resolving customer issues and making necessary payment arrangements. It is expected that the Customer Assistance Specialist adhere to all state and federal collection laws as well as ACS performance standards. This position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced environment.

The current shifts available include:
Sunday through Thursday 8AM-5PM, 2PM-11PM
Tuesday through Saturday 8AM-5PM, 2PM-11PM
Part-time shifts available run 8AM-12PM, 8AM-2PM, 9AM-1PM, 5PM-9PM, 5PM-10PM, 6PM-11PM

The Inbound Call Center Representative ensures that each Customer who calls receives satisfactory service, complete answers, appropriate information, and effective and efficient handling of their call. A key component of this is the achievement of "One Call Resolution", - resolving the Customer's issue with a single telephone call. The ICCR is responsible for handling all inbound Customer inquiries, for both current and delinquent accounts. Consequently, the ICCR must possess a comprehensive understanding of all products and processes as well as a complete understanding of the workflow to resolve issues and to educate the Customer. The ICCR is required to achieve satisfactory production standards, which include but are not limited to, number of calls handled, average call handling time, and achievement of appropriate resolution for each call.

The current shifts available include:
Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday 2PM-11PM
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 11AM-10PM
Sunday,Monday, Thursday, Friday 11AM-10PM
Part Time shifts available:Sunday through Wednesday 4PM-9PM
Sunday and Saturday 8AM-4PM
